Mobilization meeting  on Hengyi (Brunei) PMB Petrochemical Project 

         On July 27, NCC hold Mobilization meeting on Hengyi (Brunei) PMB Petrochemical Project. There were more than 70 personnel including company leaders and responsible personnel of relevant departments, middle –level management of PMB  Petrochemical  project as well as responsible personnel of subcontractors had attended the meeting. Mr. zheng Jiapei, assistant general manager of NCC and deputy manager of PMB  Petrochemical  project chaired the meeting; Mr. Guo Peishen, deputy general manager of the company and project manager of PMB  Petrochemical  project, briefly summarized the previous work and put forward the requirement and hopes on future work. He said he would work hard together with all personnel in this Project to ensure the work can be successfully completed.  Mr. Wu Guang made a speech in the meeting. 

          Wu Guang said, Hengyi (Brunei) PMB Petrochemical Project is the largest overseas investment project in the "The Belt and Road" development strategy. This project were designed, constructed and commissioned all by Chinese. Its completion and operation has development significance and far-reaching historical significance. Besides, Phase II has been planed. Contract signing for phase II will be made in not long future. Our performance of the existing project will directly affect the follow-up project and it is important to our company’s reputation. 

         All personnel and staff  involved in this project, including personnel and worker from subcontractors will have to stay consistent with the company in thoughts and actions. Comply with  the company's unified command and dispatch; all staff and personnel shall be responsible for his work to achieve field resource sharing and solve construction material shortage of abroad;  care about others and help staff to solve problems in life; Raise safety awareness; safety precaution measure shall be well taken; Implement safety supervisions all day along; ideological and political work shall be well performed.
